My name is Tyler Floyd. I am a lifetime resident of Polk County, graduating from Bolivar High School in 2006. After high school, I went into commercial construction with a sideline in residential construction. I assisted my parents in remodeling as well as building several custom homes. I am familiar with all facets of construction and have a good eye when checking out houses both aesthetically and structurally. I also worked in sales and marketing for two years. I chose real estate after my wife Brandi and I decided to buy our first home. We were terrified. My stomach was in my throat and full of butterflies. My brain was on an emotional, question filled, roller coaster. The real estate agent we chose quickly put our fears to rest. By not treating us like "just another buyer", and explaining the process every step of the way in a way we could understand, we realized, not only could we do this, it was actually a great decision for us. When we got the keys in our hands for our new home and realized it was an investment in our future, it was one of the best moments of our lives. I knew then that I wanted to help others have a great experience like we did. I obtained my real estate license and mentored under the real estate agent who helped us (who is now my broker) and am ready to get to work for you! Whether you want to buy or sell, I would love the opportunity to make the experience one of the of the best of your life. Call me at 417.770-0343 on my cell or at the office at 417.777-LAND.
