Bob Moreland

First off..everyone knows me a Bob! I am the owner of More-Land Realty, along with my wife, Marla Moreland. After over 30 years in banking, with 22 of those years at Commerce Bank in Bolivar as the Community President and a Commercial Loan Officer, I retired from banking and joined More-Land Realty as a full-time Realtor. My years of experience in banking, as well as personally buying and selling property has provided me with an extensive knowledge of real estate, sales, marketing and finance making the transition to Real Estate Sales a natural fit. I specialize in Listing and Selling LAND, FARMS of any size, COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES and FORECLOSURES. With pride in our community, I have been involved in several local organizations over the years including serving as a Bolivar Chamber of Commerce President, board member of the Bolivar Industrial Development Authority and as a current board member of the Polk County Cattlemen's Association. On a personal note, my wife and I own a farm, raising beef cattle. Years ago real estate was sold with a handshake and a promise. Times have changed!
