Selling real estate is not just my job but my passion! As a full time agent my top priority is my clients. When I started in real estate I jumped in with both feet and have since achieved the million dollar sales status through helping countless people buy and sell their homes. I'm also a graduate of Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a Certificate in Conflict and Dispute Resolution. My degree and experience in the field has given me the tools I need to help you, as the buyer or seller, have a smooth and successful closing. I consider myself a people person who loves working with the community and its residents.

Some of my niches as a buyers agent include first time home buyers and relocation. I love to see people’s dream of becoming homeowners come to fruition and everyone leave the closing table happy and excited for the future. I have helped several clients move from out of state and even out of the county to come settle down in our quaint area of the Ozarks. When relocating, things can become overwhelming and even scary at times, I am here to ease your transition and be a familiar face in a new place. My goal as a buyer's agent is to not just find you a house but somewhere you can call home. 

As a seller's agent, my degree in Communications and Conflict allows me to excel in negotiations to get your property sold for top dollar. Living here all my life, I know the area well and can help you determine a listing price that is accurate for your area. Once listed, I will continue to actively search for a buyer by reaching out to my many community connections. I am a hands-on agent who is working WITH you not FOR you. With your best interest at heart, I will offer advice but ultimately follow through with what you the seller decides is best for your family.
